Hello, I'm a developer myself but don't have enough time at the moment. I need a wordPress theme developed (finished) using Bootstrap. There would be a 4 image carousels, one "before and after image" module or it can be a jQuery plugin (i can provide the link). Pretty standard type of website, ability to change images/texts. Design is done, content is ready, footer and header I already finished, there are about 9 pages (+ standard blog and standard contactUs pages) and all needs to be connected to WordPress CMS. Very easy and straightforward. Note: you cannot use it for portfolio.
