Overview of Orientation We need a site to host online orientations we build for various colleges. We need a login/landing page that is custom branded for each school. There would need to be a couple of options for the login process. • Single sign-on – integrate with the school SIS portal • User creates an account • Sign in as a guest • We may need an option where we load users nightly via ftp Once the user creates an account and logs in, they will be directed to the orientation. The orientation consists of a series of modules. The student will either be forced to go through the orientation in a particular order or they will have the option to skip around sections. This is up to the school. The modules consist of videos, text, interactive exercises, and assessments. We need to track a student’s progress through each of the modules. We would like to know which modules were completed and any data regarding assessments. In addition, we would like to be able to assign users (at the institution) to edit text on the page itself. I think this would require an LMS plugin like Learndash, but I\'m not sure. Requirements • UI o Easy single sign-on o Custom branding • Backend o Easily add new microsites that are fully customizable o Ability for client to edit text content o Ability to create a user and assign them to a certain section, allowing them to edit content and to pull reports. Therefore, we would eventually have a lot of users in the system. o Backend Reporting  Module completion reports • Run reports detailing how many completed, how many didn’t, individual student data  Ability to send report data to different systems through an API  Nicely displayed in graphs, charts, etc. • Authoring o Custom templates that can be modified o Easily embed content from YouTube, Vimeo or directly into streaming host o Request more information tab o Tin-can/scorm
