Create a WordPress Template

Current website address - [login to view URL]~jas667/ This is the temporary website address as the site is under construction. I am looking to add two things to this website. 1) A chat room function. This would be somewhere people who are registered can log in and chat live with other users. Fuctionality - I must be able to add and remove users to the chat room. Login - This would happen at the Login page of my website and I would be responsible for creating the username and password of each user Interface - The chat function must work in real time so that users can chat amongst themselves. Chat Page - I will provide simple design cues. Mainly that the company logo is displayed on the page. 2) A chat forum added to the website. Similar in layout to the attached link: [login to view URL] Functionality - I must be able to add Admins to the forum. Admins should be able to delete and block users as well as comments and posts. Registration - For people to use the forum they must register with a username and password, providing their email address also. I want the details to be automatically added to my Mail Chimp account when they register.
