Create Windows scheduled tasks and Macros

I need someone to create a Windows task scheduler or macro in the following tasks. Each task has to be completed before proceeding to the next [login to view URL] goal is to have all of the tasks automatically run Monday to Friday at 7:30AM Eastern without the user. 1) From Windows login, log in automatically with specific credentials 2) Start VPN with specific credentials 3) Start Lync/Office Communicator 4) Start Citrix reciever with specific login and run launcher 5) Run a spefic macro program 6) Daily shut down at 5pm
