Hello.
Currently, we are using ScreenConnect as a remote support software (Like Teamviewer).
Our users open our webpage [url removed, login to view] and enter the code we give them. We would like to make this easier for our customers and create a application that we can later implement in our main software.
What I would like to do:
- Have a support botton inside our software
- Once the user click this support button, it would fetch the computer name or license name from our software and use this value to create a support session with that name on our ScreenConnect server.
- It will need to be written in C# as it will be included in our software at a later stage.
I've already created a task in the ScreenConnect support forum, and it should be possible.
