Create New Crypto Currency and Alt-Coin (Lite alternative) -- 2

Project Description: I am looking to create a new cryptocurrency and need a highly experienced cryptocurrency developer that can develop/build a Litecoin alternative coin. This project needs to be completed quickly. I will need a client side downloadable wallet as well. All of the coins for the currency will be pre-mined. I also have a few technical questions related to blockchains and cryptocurrencies in general, so a developer with a thorough understanding of blockchains that can help answer questions is ideal. I will provide more specific details to serious bidders, there is an existing platform that I want to clone and improve on. This should be straightforward for someone with experience in C and Litecoin/Bitcoin (Crypto Currency and Alt-Coins). The new cryptocurrency will need to have all coins pre-mined. However, only a small fraction will be made available for in circulation for testing. The coins will be tied to other assets so I need the ability to increase the number of coins yearly if possible. This project is modifying open source good and removing the typical mining parameters. The winning bidder will be given more detailed information. I only need the core functionality initially. This is a small scale project that I intend to make a large scale project. Initially I need a proof of concept. If done correctly this will lead to much more work.
