Complete Overhaul and recoding of my PHP program URGENT

I want to completely overhaul an existing PHP application I have to bring it up to date with current coding standards. I want a MVC framework (preferably custom made but willing to accept premade such as Yii2) Application will need to be easily expandable via modules and plugins, so an API will need to be developed along with hooks and more. I have a template mock up I wish to use. NDA is required and Discretion on this project is mandatory. This project is URGENT. Successful project may result in a long term agreement to maintain and develop the application further.
