Cloud based service to overlay different products

I would like to have a cloud based overlay service that could be used on stationary devices as well as mobile devices. People would choose a manufacture and the model of what they have extant. Then they would pick the same of what they want to install. The software would have a library of these products and then would overlay the 2 products and see if what they want to install will cover what is installed. This would need to show not only the function holes but the overlap (or footprint) of the product. I envision a green signal if it is all good or a red if it is not. If it turns out red, then customer could design and manufacture a custom plate to adapt the new product to cover the extant. The parameters of the plate should be built in to the program, but should be easily editable. Maybe it needs to be taller or wider or be an oval or have an arched top etc... This would then show up for approval. Once the design was approved it would be priced and the drawing would be sent to our facility for manufacture and shipping. I would need to be able to easily add to the library of products as we come across products that are not in the library. I would hope to be able to reach out to manufactures and download libraries of their CAD drawings or be able to do them as needed.
