CRM Built/Customization for 2 products that are setup on recurring billing

We are seeking someone familiar with numerous payment gateway API. We have a custom CRM that we need designed, a simple one, but strong experience is required.
The CRM system will be used for billing our customer (automated for certain products). The CRM will manage the product subscriptions with recurring billing each month.
Required Skills:
*Must have experience in working with payment gateways
*Must be familiar with what and how a CRM works
*My be experienced with MySQL/PHP
Breif Overview of the CRM design
*Product Page: To adjust product prices & to setup trial offers with recurring billing
*Partners/Affiliates: This will be for tracking, we will track sales and payout a commission to a unique ID that sends us traffic and it converts into sale.
*Management Of Gateways: Need a page to manage the gateways such as NMI, to add the API url, as we use NMI.
*Customer Page: Here will show all of our active customers for our products.
We use [login to view URL] for project management, so all replies about the project will be kept there and of course we use Skype as well.
If your able to complete this job successfully, we have another full time position for a new CRM system we got coming up. We need someone to fully customize a CRM for us.
