I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using PHP. I have a dedicated server with an ipv6/64 subnet and i want a coder/admin sys that will be able to create a script that is able to connect to external smtp accounts in order to send bulk emails but each time with a different ipv6 adress..
