Build an IQ test for a website.

IQ test built preferably with PHP and MySQL database. Responsive design. Database ------- Robust and low in CPU resources. Able to handle thousands of users who will be able to log in to view results, anytime. User information ------- Take user information before test starts. Fields such as name,email,age and country of residence. Subscribe to newsletter field with optional integration with [login to view URL] for validation. Captcha with hard to beat verification before proceesing to questions. Cookie control and IP control to prevent users from taking test twice. Test ------- 30 questions. Test is [login to view URL] is displayed to user. Each question assigned a score. Each question has 5 possible answers. In addition to the general score, there are nine distinct mental abilities being measured. Each question is to be assigned points according to which mental abilities it measures. Ability to display images in questions. Each is question is displayed one at a time, with ability to switch back and forth between questions. Optional information ------- Some optional information is gathered from users before they are shown results. Results ------- I will provide formulas to convert user's scores to standardized IQ scores and percentile scores. Report questions answered, and number of correct/incorrect answers. The user is shown analysis depending on his/her score in a specific IQ score range. I will provide formulas to convert user's mental ability scores, to standardized scores. The user is shown analysis depending on his/her score in each mental ability score range. Each mental ability gets a separate page. Scores are shown graphically with bar charts. The correct/incorrect questions and answers are shown. Users are emailed their results, with verification link, for newsletter subscription. Ability to share results on social media sites.
