Build email and phone lead notification system

We need to write a PHP script that can be deployed as a cron job to query a database and determine which notifications need to be sent out using email and/or phone (using Nexmo API in form of a short text message). Email notification will be in plain text. Your PHP script needs to perform the below distinct functions: 1. Connect to the leads / vendors table and obtain the necessary information on which vendors have to be notified of which leads 2. Obtain the corresponding vendors phone and email information 3. Notify the vendor using Nexmo API for phone and connect to a mail server to generate and send the email notification 4. Update the corresponding leads / vendor to indicate that a notification has already been sent so as to exclude them from future notifications You will need to help us set up the cron job on our hosting provider JavaPipe. Milestones payments are as below: 20% on project commencement 20% on exhibiting fully functional code through screen share 30% on code delivery Final 30% on test and eventual deployment on our server and acceptance Thank you for your interest.
