Build a chess game web component in unity 2d

Hi, Below are draft version of requirement: 1. Playing the chess by two online players in web, with different geolocation 2. Playing the chess by two players in the same system 3. Playing the chess between human and computer 4. Colors and sides exchanging facility 5. Full source code is required in each milestone with comments 6. In the first case, Selecting the opponent from list of available users 7. After game starts there should be an timer based on game type (30 mins, 15 mins, 10 mins, 5 mins and 1 min) should be calculated at each of them side based on their move. 8. Move notes also be logged for each move by both players. 9. I will give only the payment after finishing the work as milestones are satisfied, no mid payment. 10. Database should be maintained to store the played games history and to store the player infos and games beween them and moves. The UI should be responsive and adoptive design (For android and iOS version will also be considered in future). Looking for the freelancer, who can complete the project with daily status update either email/Chat/Voice about the progress of work. The freelancer with lower cost is secondary.
