We re running this service offline but now we are planning to make it online to reach maximum people. Anyone can sigh up on the portal to offer loan or to take the service of loan. After sign up each account will be verify with some API data of there Valid IDs. Once the ID is get verified the account will be active. Each user will have some personal files, i.e. Scanned documents etc. It will be stored with unique ID over cloud. Once our team will verify the user Physically their Payment module will get activated. The user will post a loan request and the providers will offer him like bid. user will select as per his choice and use their service, rating, feedback like Freelancer. Both have their level according to the performance. The super admin have right to deactivate any account, set portal fee, multi currency, chat support, Chat room etc. We also need native apps for Android and iOS. We can also go with Hybrid. Need suggestions.

Hi, First of all I would like to appreciate they way you see everything and also give new freelancers an opportunity to give the proposal. I really like the idea that you give a damn to the ratings and care for the proper approach and this is how it should be. Thanks a lot sir for that. Moving ahead, the idea is pretty much clear from the description. Already you are running multivendor marketplace for loan service but now you opt it for online. Well I found a similarity in one functionality which I am quite familiar with. It's like form fill up and payment of IBPS examination. First somebody has to take a print out and get the ID, then show it to the corresponding bank physically and once they give you journal number and activate the next gateway then you can go for online payment and proceed to the next level. In a similar manner you want the loan system work and a representative verify the user physically. Cool ! This would be done as you mentioned. Coming to the technical perspective I would suggest you to go with Custom / Core PHP considering the features and future scope for implementing new modules. Also I would suggest you to go for the hybrid apps. if the budget is not an issue then Native apps is the best option since it is optimized for each platform (quotation will be a bit higher in that case).
