Build a Website

Hello, I'm looking for someone to build 2 responsive page templates. PSD layout and fonts are furnished. I will need a "blank" template, in order to fill in the content myself with dreamweaver. Job description below (I uploaded design so it's easier to understand) PAGE 01 (HOMEPAGE) > Top sticky decoration (half dots) > Top sticky logo > Top sticky mobile like menu > Top drop-down menu with 7 items (when opened) > 2x 3 lines of images (grey boxes) with dynamic titles and "+" with link > In the mobile version, 1 image per line > Left and right sticky decoration (half dots) > Bottom 2 logos lines : on one line in desktop version and on 2 lines in mobile versions (centered because the lines don't have the same width) > Bottom graphic footer decoration PAGE 02 > Top sticky decoration (half dots) > Top sticky logo > Top sticky mobile like menu > Top drop-down menu with 7 items (when opened) > Two columns : - One image slideshow on the left - One text area on the right including one title, and one paragraph > Left and right sticky decoration (half dots) > Bottom 2 logos lines : on one line in desktop version and on 2 lines in mobile versions (centered because the lines don't have the same width) > Bottom graphic footer decoration > This template will be duplicated into 6 pages in which I will fill in different content ADDITIONNAL FEATURES > Embedding the exotic font (furnished in TTF and OTF) > Seamless background (furnish in .gif) Job needs to be done by tomorrow night.
