Part 1: Web Development (Completed ASAP)
Part 2: Android & IOS APP for the above mentioned website (Starting in Aug 2015)
NOTE: Please Bid only if you can build a site which can later be developed into an App.
Part 1:
What is Provided: HTML + CSS + JS & Graphics
What you need to do: You will need to Implement a template into a CMS and make sure all the features from the template work and we may need couple of additional features.

1. How long will it take to complete Part 1?
