Concept A digital recruitment portal for the middle management segment in UAE. Target groups are candidates and clients within the segment. The strongest/most unique part of the concept is the automatic virtual candidate interviews and an effective candidate screening process. Candidates will go through a dynamic process to submit there profile. This will include personal information, general and industry questions, a virtual interview and a personality test. Functionality There must be a clear differentiation between the candidate section and the client section. Candidates must be able to login using facebook & linked-in. Candidate will submit there profile in 6 pages/steps (We must show this graphically). Client section til be protected by a password. Clients will be able to browse through candidates that have been screened/approved. Graphics Professional layout (but not necessary corporate & stiff) High level of usability and easy to understand We want limited use of colours (one major theme color) this is up for debate Technical Responsive design (must look/work well on large screens to smart phones) Loading must be quick and smooth Target Middle to senior management. The uber generation. Love simplicity. Expect solutions to exist. Snapchat on the weekends. Linkedin on Monday. If it’s complicated they won’t give it their attention. You have a few seconds to grab their attention before they scroll onto the next thing. Your achievements. Your ambitions. It’s all expressed in a word document. It becomes your CV. And it ends up with countless others in a pile. There it stays. Lost in a queue with thousands of others. Hoping to be found. What do we want the design to say about our brand? We humanize the recruitment process. You are not a piece of paper. You are not one-dimensional sheet. You are a multi-dimensional character. There are so many sides to you. So many strengths. You have an identity. A personality. And we want to bring it to life.
