I need a website having 90% functionality like [url removed, login to view]

The site wont be so much vast.

However, I need the back end to have functionality like [url removed, login to view] with all the reporting modules and tax modules.

There will be 3 levels of category. Category 1 -> Sub Category -> Sub Sub Category.

Can be in ASP.NET or PHP. I also need payment gateway integration, which will be provided to you. (If you need it before starting the work or after the work is over, let me know.)

I may also need a demo of the work done by you, with the admin demo or screen shots of the main areas.
