Build Daily Fantasy Site Lineup Optimizer -- 2

ATTENTION: The freelancer hired for this job should already have some understanding of how Daily Fantasy Sites work. Applicants will questioned about their knowledge of Daily Fantasy Sites. I am looking to create a web application that will allow me to upload a CSV of player information (salary and projected production) and receive the 8 best possible lineup combination based on certain scoring and position critera. I have attached a Mockup (with annotations) to this project, as well as a sample of the CSV data set that would be uploaded (relevant columns are highlighted in yellow).
