Dear Sir/Madam, Can we see your current WP website? When you wrote "My inventory", do you mean your inventory for WP website? If possible, please let us know the desired workflow for this automatic sync? Where do you run eStage? Can we have a remote login to this computer if we work on project? We made this type of automation update many times. Basically, we have many type of solution for this request, it could be building a middle software to run this sync or write a database procedure to implement update when db change. I hope you are currently using the woocommerce multi-vendor plugin in your multi vendor website. We have used this multi-vendor plugin couple of time before in several projects. I understand that you have both physical and virtual store to sell wine and spirits. The plugin we will develop will recognize the data send by physical store every time a product is sold and it will change the woocommerce inventory by identifying the product by SKU code. I really appreciate the budget and timeline you have. We hardly need 30 to 40 days of time to complete the product and testing. I have checked the estage site, we have worked before with the POS and inventory automation for a china based ecommerce client. So we have a detail understanding of how it works and what data it will send. I have downloaded the step by step guide from eStage and checked the details of their software, but I didn't find how they will send us the data. Do they have a API from where we will get the update about every sold product on physical store? I am sure you can clear this doubt of mine.
