Bespoke Site Maintenance and Glitches

Hi There I have a site that is basically a 'matchmaking' site for moms. It uses geo-locate to match moms with other moms in their area. Our developer has gone AWOL, and there are quite a few glitches that need to be sorted and it is a bespoke site. Contact Form Our Contact Form doesn't seem to be working. it appears that the form has been sent, but nothing comes through. 2. What's On Page - Paid For Section I'm having issues uploading posts to the paid for section of the What's On page. I'm not sure if it's got to do with the size of images. We never received an instruction guide. 3. Meet a Mom Page - Counter On the Meet a Mom page of the original site it had a count of the moms who had signed up (join 508 moms who have signed up to Mammas' Meeting Place) or something like that. I think the guys that worked on our site last turned this off. I'd like to 'switch' it back on. 4. Private Messages On Private messages, the site always only showed people the last private message that they received. The people who last worked on the site switched on the functionality that shows ALL your private messages, but it seems that anyone can then see your private messages from everyone else so they’re not really private... There also seems to be an issue in that when you have a private message conversation with more than 3 exchanges, it displays only one participants name, making it look like that participant is talking to herself.
