Automatic add form results to list

We have a petition website that already allows all the signatures to be exported to an Excel file, but we would like this data to be automatically inserted into a table on our site. The design is ready, I'm just looking for someone who can simply add this functionality in the code. Good and/or basic PHP/MYSQL skills required.
