Altis Life Tax Feature

In a ARMA 3 Modification - Altis Life To integrate a system where the following can happen: Gangs are currently able to capture Drug Cartels, and players are able to sell drugs (coke, weed, heroin) I'd like a system whereby the owner of the cartel gets 10% on all drugs sold by players ... when no one owns the cartel there would be no tax. A cut of the sale price when the cartel is owned by a gang goes to the gang. So the player looses out when their own gang doesn't own the cartel. Create a "refinery" a kind of civilian cartel... Where people get charged to refuel their vehicle. And the refinery gang owner gets a few % on each gas purchase gas cost depend on the vehicle that's filling up but as a twist.... if no gang owns the refinery... the gas stations stop working. Also an Arms dealer... where then owner gets a % on the weapons and ammo sold... and the same twist... no owner = no weapons being sold. On all Capture points i'd like to be able to set an adjustable "cool-down" period so i can find find a balance within game. The work is to be done through our private GitHub.
