Agriculture Lobby Group Application -- 2

Agriculture lobby group (ALG) is an organization that lobbies for funds to be allocated to agriculture within the national and county governments. A web application is needed to track this activities. It should enable the group to: a)Capture national budgetary allocation to agriculture b)Capture county budget allocation to agriculture c)Break down of the Agriculture budget in various areas related to agriculture e.g. Livestock, fisheries, irrigation, crop production, environment …..etc d)Track the budget from one financial year to the other e)Capture what allocation was 'influenced' by ALG's lobbying efforts at various levels i.e. Capture the federation inputs during the financial planning of the county f)Capture the federation lobby inputs in the approved county budgets g)There will be a budget summary article for each posted budget. h)Have the general public as the users and the county coordinators as the administrators. The public side of the application should show various graphs depicting the various aspects of the budgets. I.e Comparison of various Financial years Agriculture budgets (Bar graphs) for the entire country and counties. Agricultural sectors budget allocation pie charts...for the country and counties Depiction of agriculture lobby groups contribution(influence) to the country and county budgets Bar graphs comparing various counties agriculture bar charts Pie charts showing agricultural budget as a comparison to other budget allocations(e.g health, education etc grouped as others) for both the county and country budgets Each county will have it’s own administrators who can only post/edit their own county data. An overall admin(s) can post to any county and will set various non-changing data(e.g counties, agriculture sectors etc). The public facing side should have a nice interface to display the various reports that are described above. The data is for public use. The file attached can be edited and sliced , for use as part of the user interface. That is, on clicking on the county, you get options for the various reports.
