Add user profile and profile management pages to a PHP website

Job Description:
Implement pages for a private intranet website:
A) A user profile editing with the following functions:
- Password Change
- Editing of
o Birth Date
o Hire Date
o Job Title
o First and last name
o Company Branch
o Small picture (max 100 x 100) to be saved in mysql DB
+ HR data form (picture attached)
B) A user administration page with the following functions:
- User List, table view with columns
o Username
o Name
o Job title
o Branch
o Picture
- For each row:
o Reset password (will send a randomly generated password to the user)
o Edit function (should be similar to user profile edit page and include all editing function available to the user)
Note that the user status is already implemented through isDeleted flag.
C) User profile page to be recalled from an always available icon in top left of screen
o Menu options:
Edit profile (links to B)
Logout (ends session and
Last login on X/Y/Z
D) Update current links “Welcome <user> <logout link>” to be replaced by the user profile menu
The website is using PHP 5.6+PDO+MYSQL, nothing fancy.
What will be provided:
- GitHub private repository with working code (you are expected to commit regularly)
- Sample mysql database script for testing
Scope of supply:
- Development of pages
- You MUST test LOCALLY your webpages
- Fix your bugs on your code during a 3 weeks period after testing complete
Milestones:
- A)B)C)D) pages complete 50%
- testing complete 30 %
- final payment after 3 weeks 20 %
