Travel Website needs to connect to Amadeus API (XML data feed )

We have a travel website . We need to add Amadeus API xml data to the website. The purpose is to allow our website visitors to book live airline flights, hotels, and car rentals . We also have a wholesale side of the business where we allow customers to purchase in bulk. We need the said prices coming in via the Amadeus API to allow for us to show the retail price then our discounted price based on season of travel and seating class of the ticket, also allow us to enter the percentage discount we want to apply from the back-end of the website. When booking with the wholesale discount tickets a minimum of 21 days is required or they will attract additional charges ( this must be programmed).
The website has a look and feel to it already so we would like to continue along the lines of the current design.
We would prefer to hire someone / company who can show past work of a similar nature and has the ability to communicate well verbally so we can quickly describe the work we have.
In addition to the job the entire work must be documented.
