stock management system

i hoping to have created a stock mangement system. this system will help the company to manage the stock they have. the system should be able to track stock (telling you how much is left and location in warehouse). the system should have a warning sign to indicate when a stock level is low, so that the company can reorder. the system in general should alter stock levels are new products are addes and sold, indicate when levels of products are low and need re-odering, and if possible produce reports, such as? best sellin items, finacial report etc.
