Outstanding Homepage/innerpage layout

I run a marketing company, and I have a logo for my co. Now I need to have 2 page site with an home page and an aboutus(inculde contact info) page for my company. I just want someone who is very creative and has a good sense of color asthetics of website creation. Once I approve the layout(in .jpg format), I need to have you cut that to HTML using CSS(this is mandatory) to make it work in all resolutions and all leading browsers. I will discuss more with the winning bidder. Possible more work on various associates down the line.
