Help Fix an error in a Wordpress Shortcode

Hi, I'm looking for someone that knows how wordpress works very well, PHP and MySQL to help fix a small issue with a shortcode that I made. The issue I am having is having the shortcode recognize an apostrophe I've attached a text file that has the php for the shortcode. What I am doing is I have a custom post type called "cards" in this custom post type I have over 500+ posts which each stand for their own card. I am using a shortcode with the cards name to query a tooltip for the card so a user use use the shortcode [card]Card's Post Name[/card] and it will display the tooltip. I have it setup so I can use the card's post name and the card's post slug. I have everything working perfectly but when I use a card's post with an Apostrophe the shortcode doesn't work. So for example there is a card post under the "cards" custom post type called Hunter's Mark and when I try using the card's post title "Hunter's Mark" the shortcode doesn't work, but when I use it's slug "hunter-mark" it does work. Or if I use the a card's post title that doesn't have an apostrophe than it works to so the issue is with card posts with Apostrophes in the title.
