Fix Gravity form recurring payment/subscriptions

I am using gravity forms to do recurring donations (subscriptions) on [login to view URL] We have removed cvv verification on the paypal api, plus added a payment date selector, and user type customizations for the crm. So those edits must be preserved. The issue is when they donate one time, it works fine. When they click "monthly" or "Quarterly" the credit card form goes red and does not work. I need this done asap, my client is not happy :/
