4 Step Online Application Form

Client: Toronto Insurance Company Description of Tasks: Need to fix some outstanding functionality issues with our current online 4 step application process. The process consists of the user going through 4 steps (4 pages) and then proceeding to an online checkout using Moneris merchant that will process their online payment. The merchant account has already been setup. I have currently a list of 15 issue items I need rectified before Aug 7th. I am willing to pay on an hourly basis. The coding is all in php and I would need someone with e-commerce merchant checkout coding knowledge and experience. Only capable and senior coders apply for this project please. The turnaround is quick and the coding provided must be of exceptional quality. Please note that it is only the coding and functionality of the the 4 pages that needs editing (Some example items we require are: [login to view URL] order before checkout or 2. being able to print a hardcopy of receipt or being able to print the receipt to PDF) Please contact me ASAP and I can provide further details.
