Zen-Cart Template Integration

We're looking for as long time partner to build zen cart websites. Essentially we give away free zencart websites to our customers to get their hosting business. So we're either looking for a developer who can integrate a look based on a psd we provide OR a developer who can provide both the template look (based on the customers requirements) and then integrate it. The latter is preferred, especially if you have good design skills. We're extremely flexible on layout. We want to keep costs minimal since there's no profit margin on this. Just someone who can either develop clean professional and simple templates (with a nice banner) for zen cart and then integrate it OR just integrate a design we provide based on a homepage psd file. Kindly provide pricing for both. The current project we have is for a customer who will be selling miscellaneous goods. To start they are selling electronics and shoes. So we can either provide the homepage psd which you can integrate or you can do the design and the integration (we would need to show the customer mockups for approval). Ultimately we'll be looking for long term pricing as these projects come up we'll be using the same service provider to do it again. We're trying to keep costs for BOTH design and integration at around $100-200. Again we are flexible. Really what we're looking at is a custom banner, and a nice clean professional design that you can easily integrate. So we are open to having you just do the integration or doing both the integration and design.
