I wish to create a website generating 20~100$ a day (details inside)

I'm looking for a partner and colleague who has extensive knowledge in webdesign, hosting, maintenance & SEO optimizing. You won't be hired without a successful history in this field. Proof of this success is part of the requirement for this job. You must have the mindset, dedication and skill-set required to create a successful website, generating up-to 100$ with a minimum requirement of 20$ daily. All the while, adhering to Google ad sense's policy ([login to view URL]). Your role: - Planing & executing the required work behind this project. - Writing a budget (I expect an early overview on expenses) - Maintaining this website- updates included. - Committing to the project, you may work on other projects/websites while on this one- but I expect you to work on it on a daily basis (until requirements are met) - Keeping me updated & oriented on what exactly you're doing. I don't expect you to teach me how to program, I expect to have a genuine idea of what you're doing at all times. My Role: - I serve as the investor, I will pay for hosting services and other required services as long as they remain reasonable requests. - I will be available 24/7, obviously there are factors such as sleep or work, but I always carry my phone on me which I use to read my mail & freelancer updates/messages. You should always expect a reply within 0-10 hrs. - I will be reasonable, honest, down-to-earth and willing to hear out your concerns. Payment: To ensure that you're properly motivated, I'm will to cut you 35% of the profits this website generates monthly (This can and should be sealed through a legally binding contract). This is in addition to a monthly payment set to 285$. In order to avoid fraud or otherwise bad work, the first payment will be sent as I receive the first payment from Google.I have an Ad Sense account up and running, already verified and linked to my bank account- you will be waiting a while for the first payment, but not excruciatingly long. There is no doubt that this is no job for the broke and desperate (well, it sure as hell could be- but you can't take this job because you need the money desperately within 2 weeks) When you apply for this job I want to get a taste of your genius, you don't need to expose your entire strategy- but enough to convince me you know what you're doing.
