Website devoloped for a bakery

I will need a website developed for a bakery. The main aspect of this site is to display our work to potential clients through our portfolio. I do not want a CMS like wordpress, etc... Admin side will be custom developed for ease of use to the owners. It must be SEO friendly so site can easily be promoted. Design I want the design to be sophisticated and classy, high-end and elegant. But not cheesy or girly. User side / Front end Portfolio (Photos with description and comments section for visitors) Wedding Cakes Grooms Cakes Special Occasions Birthday and Anniversary Pastries and Pies Menu (Copy content from original website and incorporate in new design) Order (Allows a customer to order small cakes, cookies, etc... online for overnight shipping. Will use the Volusion shopping cart and design integrated into the cart. I will provide this script for you.) Testimonials (This section will display real testimonials received by our customers, we add them through the administration panel) About us (Self explanatory) Contact us (Will contain a google map of our location along with our address and telephone number. Will also contain a contact form. Contact form must have captcha) Administration Panel / Back end Setup Meta Setup (This section will allow me to create, edit, and delete meta tags for the site) Page Content (will allow me to edit every aspect of the site) Portfolio Wedding Cakes Grooms Cakes Special Occasions Birthday and anniversary Pastries and Pies Menu Testimonials About us Contact us Banners (The site will contain banners for promotional offers from the bakery. Usually during holiday. Banners should be set to a fixed width and height according to what the programmer and web designer feel should be an appropriate size for the design. This is not for displaying ads or anything thereof but used by the bakery for promotional use and offers. Banners added here should allow for a nice effect upon rotation. Will need the ability to upload at least 20 banners or less for rotation based on size programmer specifies. Also need ability to enable and disable. Will send similar website with this rotating banner image to selected programmer. I need the ability to upload, rearrange, delete, and link a banner to a link I specify.
