The Website will need to be created in a manner where an administrator can easily manage the contests. The administrator will be able to create contests on the go, manage data, etc…

Uploaded Files: I uploaded some html files that I created that are the design format I want.
Requirements:
- Full Web Design and Development (HTML, PHP, MySql,flash,professional)… I need to make sure that a webmaster can update this site on demand after the initial creation, and an administrator ID that has total access to all accounts and databases.
- Homepage with Contest Ticker, Quick Sign In, Section where I can add comments on the go, section for pictures to decorate the site and make it feel and like sports page
- Official Rules Page (Administrator or webmaster can update)… legal disclaimer… Free format page with same theme as homepage that can be created and modified whenever…
-Fully integrated Member Log in and free registration page to create id’s
1) User Id – unique and required field
2) Password – minimum 6 chars and required field
3) First and Last Names – required
4) ProvinceState - required
5) Country - required
6) Contact Number – required
7) Cell Phone – not required
8) Email – required
9) Option to send email to friends about website

1) New Contests (columns include Contest Name, Prize, Cost, Deadline date, Remaining Tickets, Member Registered Tickets, Alive Tickets)
2) All Active Contests (columns include Contest Name, Prize, Cost, Deadline date, Remaining Tickets, Member Registered Tickets, Alive Tickets)
3) Member Enrolled Contests(columns include Contest Name, Prize, Cost, Deadline date, Remaining Tickets, Member Registered Tickets, Alive Tickets)
- Contest Organization Page (Theme remains as home page but has a sidebar with options)
1) Contest Summary button on the left hand sidebar and when button is clicked text appears on the right side of website … this should be free format
2) Picks Button on the left hand sidebar and when button is clicked, a table with all options for members to make their weekly selection for that specific contest… script must remember all members previous picks because a pick can only be made once
3) Active Tickets – A summary of all the members still in the contest with all their picks
4) Stats Page… database extracts that show # of picks per team, etc…
5) Purchase Tickets button - # of tickets wanted, payment method, check out
-Payment page (Paypal, email payments, visa, etc...) including an option for members to put money in an account to use toward contests.
- Ticket eXchange Section… members can post their tickets and request sale price, with contact info…See sample website for this feature
- My Account Page where the member can update their profile
- Reports Page where users can run pre defined Sql statements to verify stats
- Contact Us page
