small website no technical feature

- Front facing website with the ability to upload documents/files/videos/text which will be displayed. - Shopping cart facility and a method receiving payment (paypal and invoice essential, other options too) - Upon receiving payment, ability automatically email an attachment to payee, or create an email template to be sent later - needs to be compatible on browser and tablet (android and ios) I am aiming to sell educational resources. Simple PDF files that I have created. I do not anticipate this will generate a lot of money, maybe a few £100’s so I want the website cost as cheap as possible, less than £100. There is one tricky part… the ‘product’ is a pdf file exported from an excel file. At present there is a small text on every page with licensing information, I normally change this through a find a replace in excel, then export the file to pdf format. If possible I would like to automate this process. This could however be done by opening a pdf file, finding and replacing the text then saving and emailing.
