Site building for a service business.

Hi all,
I am looking to have a site built for me and have it online and up and running hopefully by sometime next week...
Essentially, this site will represent a service that I get paid for, and is a service that I am currently getting a very small income from a couple of clients offline. I'm looking to move this entirely online, become more professional, and get some new clients this way, so I will need a pay-pal cart or possibly a shopping cart, whichever is less hassle and looks better.
If i had to describe the project briefly, it would be: a site that has some tabs/menus such as with: information about my service, testimonials, numbers and figures and data pages, a blog on the homepage (with video and/or pics embedded) etc along with an area for payment for a service such as pay pal.
I will ask you to see some sites online for a general sense of the theme/layout, and also ask you to follow a very very VERY rough template that I have made in paint myself ;)!!!
This site should enable me to add information (especially text and youtube/vimeo embedding) and edit it quite easily from the back end - probably daily updates - with hopefully a minimum of headaches as I do so.
I have some basic computer knowledge about using the web and facebook etc,and I am keen to work quite actively on this site but need it to be created for me first of all as i have basically zero skills in web design, hosting, coding etc. If there is anything I need to know to run the site I will need that instruction.
***other important information***
-Visually the site will need to look very professional to give off the correct professional [login to view URL] is very important.
-Site's back end will need to be user friendly for myself to use - hopefully this will avoid too much consultation between us by having you instructing me about how to edit/add info to the site. Also very important.
-I have a domain that i registered 2-3 years ago, and I want this used as the url.
-I'd like the registration/hosting/domain/paypal etc information to NOT be displayed. My privacy as the sites owner etc should be hidden.
-I'd like, if possible, the site to be clean and sharp if also viewed on ipad and iphone. (ideally i could push a blog post out on the iphone too myself occasionally but this function is not essential)
-The graphics/media for the site - some i have myself, some I may ask you to put together, will go on the site. For example : A home-page header will need to be created. (There will not be much work of this nature, only the usual amount for a service website - enough to make it not boring) :)
-website statistics may need to be collected. If this function is easy to add please do so.
-i will of course also need emails with the url : such as info at, and sales at websitename dot com
--will be potential for ongoing work, (hopefully!) should this site create income/traffic that requires more focus. (This would be fantastic for both of us!). There is absolutely no guarantees this will occur.

I have attempted to give as much information as possible... It will probably NOT be very difficult for a reasonably competent web guy or girl to put together. It will be mostly text and graphics like the other sites on the web,...but i have just tried to give as much info as possible here. Importance is professionalism and ease of editing for me.
