Flash mini-casino template with CMS

I made a ebook about roulette, and i need a goodlooking stylish design webpage where i can promote it. The website has to be a Single-Page website with a casino/roulette style, so it has to show glamour and luxury. I'd prefer a flash website but if that is too much asked any other thing would do aslong as it matches the visual part. Also the page has to have a CMS/control panel where i can change the text(s) easily. Basicly what i got in mind is a nice design, not too complicated, my inspiration is the flash preview of this template i found on the net: [login to view URL] Again, it doesnt have to be flash, but some effects are nice! So here the idea sofar: 1. Casino style look 2. A big -Download eBook here- somewere near the center of the page, that will be a hotlink to a .PDF 3. A roulette/wheel animation/image worked into the layout, so people know its about roulette the second they open the site. 4. a small box where i can put a short motivating text for the visitors, so they know what they are downloading I am pretty open-minded for other improvements if you have any ideas.
