Create a WordPress based Premium and Custom designed Theme

Hello there, I am looking for someone very experienced and talented with WordPress to create a custom designed premium theme for a new blog that will be a online lifestyle magazine for both men and women that covers career, entertainment, health, life hacks, personal finance, relationships, style, technology and travel etc. Creating a logo will also be part of the design. I will provide a few sites whose design I specifically like and want ours to be created in the same format but with unique and elegant touch to it. Please only bid if you have a few examples, I would prefer freelancers who can first create a custom logo for the site to demonstrate their design skills. However, it's not mandatory.
