I have an existing CSS/HTML template which I need converted to Joomla 1.5. Details: - Simple HTML site with Flash headers (no flash editing needed). - No design needed and no pages need to be created. Just simply convert existing template into Joomla. - I have all the template positions mapped out. - Bidders must have strong communication and professional attitude.
