'Coming soon' webpage

We require a freelancer to create a ‘coming soon’ page. We will supply the logo and colour scheme although we require the freelancer to suggest some professional but creative design ideas. On the page we need people to be able to ‘register their interest’ which opens a pop-up Modal window. This will allow them to input their first name, surname, email address and how they heard about us, with all information recorded in a database. How they heard about us will be a drop down box offering the following options: - Social Media (eg. Facebook) - Media (eg. Television, newspaper) - Word of mouth - Stumbled across site surfing the net - Other, which creates a text field stating: please specify We would like a progress bar that measures our progress towards our launch. It is essential that it is protected from robots registering – we are open to suggestions from the freelancer for the most effective protection. We require unlimited revisions. To assist, we will supply an example of a website we like. If the freelancer awarded this project does an excellent job, further work on a larger project will be offered.
