Advanced website build from existing photoshop designs

We need an experienced and talented developer to build a fairly complex site. Perhaps the most similar existing site is pinterest. This is not a pinterest clone - it's very different, with a different purpose and market - but some of the key functionality is similar (just to give you an idea of what's involved as a developer). In addition to pictures and videos, users can also collect/upload audio and documents and create quizzes. We will share a full spec with one or two applicants. The budget will be around $5000, including a $1000 bonus for completing on time. Please send links to your web site and at least three of the sites you have developed. For each site please specify your role (eg sole developer or worked with a team of developers). Please let us know your preferred method (eg php/drupal) and how many years experience you have with it. And please note how long you expect the project to take (ideally 4 weeks, 6 weeks max). You must be able to use our existing photoshop documents to precisely match the designs (not recreate something very similar). And you must be able to create the whole site, including all html etc. Please don't apply if you haven't created at least two fairly complex sites, or have less than three years experience (sorry, we just don't want to waste your time).
