I require a clone of microsoft excel, that must function in exact the same way as excel. The VB application must be completely stand alone and executable without the need to use Excel or any other software or additional hardware. ## Deliverables The program should look exactly like excel and should behave in the exact same way. The following excel menu items are required; **FILE** - New , Open , Close , Save , Save As , Page Setup (same as excel) , Print Area , Print Preview , Print (must not print blank pages, ie text must be in a cell on the page not just formats) , Exit. **EDIT** - Undo , Redo , Cut , Copy , Paste (must insert the copied or cut number of rows before pasting) , Delete , Delete Sheet , Move or copy Sheet , Find. **VIEW** - Normal , Page Break preview , Toolbars (as excel but we only need two toolbars; **STANDARD** and **FORMATING** - the customize buttons and all its options for building toolbars must be included) , Header and Footer (as excel) , Zoom. **INSERT** - Worksheet. **FORMAT** - Cells , Row , Column , Sheet. **TOOLS** - Spelling , Autosave , Protection , Macro (all as excel) , Options (all as excel). **WINDOW** (Complete - all as excel). The toolbars should be as the following; **STANDARD** - New, open, save, print, print preview, spelling, find, cut, copy, paste, autosum. **FORMATING** - Font, Font size, bold, italic, underlined, Align left, center, align right, percentage style, increase indent, decrease indent, increase decimal, decrease decimal, borders, fill colour, font colour. **RIGHT CLICK ON WORKSEWET DROP DOWN MENU** - Cut, copy, paste, delete, clear contents, format cells (as excel). **RIGHT CLICK ON SHEET TABS AT BOTTOM** - Insert, delete, rename, move or copy. I have created my own toolbar together with the relevant macros i need. Therefore macros created using excel must work in this program. The program must function exactly as excel, but only the following mathematical functions are required - Add , Subtract , Multiply , Divide , Sum function , if function , < and > must be recognised in cell formulas. I also need a button that will go through the worksheet and where there are two successive empty cells in column B it will delete one of the rows. So we will end up with a worksheet with a one row gap between each data entry in column B. I also require that files created using the application can be exported as an excel document or RTF. I will own the VB6 project and application (including the EXE and the source code). The finished product must be bug and virus free and should operate indefinitely without any timer or disabling features in it. I reserve the option to accept or reject any and all bids before the project begins. I need a complete and fully-functional working program in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The VB application must run in windows 98 and higher. ## Deadline information The completed work must be delivered within three weeks from the bid closing date. I will need to fully review and test the finished product before I approve it. The reviewed work along with my suggestions will be forwarded to the coder for debugging. After I am satisfied with the work I will then issue my approval to release the funds to the coder. If a bug free product is not delivered by the above mentioned deadline, the bid is cancelled and the money will be refunded to me (The Buyer).
