E-mail operator with technical knowledge required to answer simple customer service e-mail requests. We run a number of small sites that sell software via instant purchase. We also also receive a number of customer e-mail messages, typically asking about the software or requesting support. Support is simple: customers only ever have a number of limited queries, many of which we already have ready-to-run replies for. Over and above this, a knowledge of general PCs will see you through. We will of course provide full copies of our software in order that you become acquainted with our products. So, basically, we're looking for an operator to respond to these queries. This will be an ongoing relationship and a trusted individual with a firm grasp of the English language is required. Most queries are short and I anticipate we may receive up to one thousand messages per week, absolute maximum. The REALITY is we'll receive around four hundred very simple messages per week, most of which are template responses. Why not complete it ourselves? Unfortunately we need to keep the support running during holidays and such, therefore need a dedicated support individual. Your bid should be to cover the support base (with initial support from ourselves) for a period of one month.
