The bid title says it all. You need to write a program that can collect the emails associated with the "to", "cc" and "bcc" fields when messages are sent or received from any email program. Email addresses should be collected after the email is sent or received. Once collected, these email addresses need to be written in a database (prefer Access). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform win95, 98, me, xp, 2000, nt
