Skeleton survey front end for Chronoforms 5 (CF5) and Joomla 3.36.

What is not required: * Loading production data. The dialogues can just be placeholders. Once the selected survey is loaded a few sample elements in CF5 will suffice * Formatting (CSS etc). I will make it pretty What is required: * Create the necessary modules and link them with javascript and/or PHP * Any javascript functions in single external file * Sufficient commenting to allow me to tweak it * At least two modules - one to get the user input and another one or more for the rest * An adequate description of the components so I can replicate the skeleton on another system * An hourly rate for follow up work What is optional: Can use the free no number extensions e.g Sourcer if it makes things simpler What I will provide: A fresh VM with the necessary components (e.g. Joomla, CF5) Workflow: * CF5 or custom HTML Module that presents a single dropdown list of choices. This is module 1 * Get the users choice and check if they are logged in. * If not logged in, load a SECOND module (CF5 or custom HTML) asking if they have previously registered * If yes, load login form (CF5), if not load registration form (CF5). The CF5 demo forms work well enough, but the stock registration form needs to have captcha added and checkboxes/links for two separate T&C documents. The login and registration forms can be in separate CF5 modules if this simplifies things * A loop so if the user fails the login or registration it is reloaded * The user is now logged in. Call 1 of x CF5 survey forms depending in the choice in module 1. For the purpose of the skeleton, two dummy forms with a couple of check boxes will be enough. That's it. Please see the attached diagram. Once the skeleton is in place I will create about 8 surveys and will be looking for a backend to commit the results to the database and generate some emails etc but this is a second piece of work.
