Develop an online system that will host one questionnaire. The questionnaire has 80 questions, with a symplistic formula. The results will link to a specific report and the report must be emailed to the user or candidate (depending on how it was setup). Briefly, there will be 3 types of system users, firstly the administrator who can setup clients, secondly the client who can setup candidates to do the test, and thirdly the candidate who completes the test.
Administrator:
Setup clients with the following information: Client name, Email, Phone # and Contact person.
Show amount of tests completed (total). Administrator must be able to see all the candidates names and profiles and be able to resend reports
Client
Setup candidates with their name, surname, email address
Setup open link. This link is an open link where multiple candidates can click on the same link and register themselves. (e.g. [url removed, login to view]).
For both setup options, the client can choose to email report directly to candidate or not.
Candidate
Only register personal details and complete the test.
The online system must email the client and the candidates details to them. Like if I setup a client, their username and password must be emailed to them. If a client setups I candidate, the username and password must be emailed to the candidate which he will use to log in to do the test.
I have two more tests to add to this system should it work to my specs and requirements. I also have a more complex system with 7 tests to be loaded, and will do at a later time when the basic system works to my requirements and I can work with the programmer (burnt my fingers with other php programmers who worked unethically).
