New Joomla 3.2 Site: shSEF404, Xmap, iJoomlaSEO related 404 & 500 errors

I have a new Joomla 3.2 site that is experiencing 404 and 500 errors. My Server found the following coding errors: "Premature end of script headers: [login to view URL]" "The code is showing up in the source; however, is not allowing the links to be clicked." One of page is showing following error: "Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in /home/laendon/public_html/plugins/content/ijseo_plugin/[login to view URL] on line 533" The template used is Rocket Theme Chapelco. Site is using sh404SEF which is creating a lot of errors Xmap is giving 500 error. Also used extension is iJoomlaSEO. I need to clean up these errors as well as make the sh404SEF urls cleaned up and working.
