To complete project - Skills Needed: MVC, PHP, Javascript, NVD3, WP, Yii Framework

Need to consolidate two external parts pages into one MVC project. Must have EXPERT Skills in: php, mysql, javascript, nvd3, mvc, Yii Framework, WP. Must know how to use ssh to edit files and phpmyadmin to access the database. IMPORTANT: You do not have to build anything other than what is mentioned here. There is already a 'main' application which generates the required data into a MySQL database. I will build a DEV server with a base WP install on it which contains everything required for you to complete your task. I will be acting as system manager and will provide everything needed other than the three tasks below. Each of these parts have been completed to some extent but now need to be 'tied' together into a perfectly working solution. Please do not reply unless you fully understand each of these technologies. Part One MVC App Estimated 10hrs Part one is an MVC app which is 95% complete, may need one or more new menu items, some fine tuning and possibly some small bug fixes. For the most part, this has been tested and seems to be fully working as it should. This app also needs to display properly inside of a WP site. This means having one menu item in WP leading to the app, then the app having it's own sub menu below the WP menu so that the user can easily move between the MVC app and WP. Part Two NVD3 reports and statistics from MySQL Estimated 10hrs Part two is a php page which contains three NVD3 graphs and statistics. The page is about 80% done but was not properly completed by the previous programmer. -This page needs to become part of the MVC app because the user must log into the MVC app in order to get statistics based on his own account. The page is breaking when WP theme is updated and other related issues. This could be prevented by making this page become part of the MVC app instead of relying on WP themes. -The historical statistics need to be completed. All data is already in the database and is being pulled into the stats section of the page. However, previous programmer did not understand the historical statistics requirement. This will likely require adding a new table and some fields which I can do while working with you. Part Three OpenStreetMap Estimated 6hrs IMPORTANT: ***WE ARE NOT USING GOOGLE MAPS*** -The final part of the project is a page which uses OpenStreetMap (OSM) and OpenLayers to display locations on a map. The map needs to be displayed inside of MVC. This part will require a little discussion time and a CLEAR understanding by the programmer of what needs to be accomplished. We are using an external service to gather lat/lon but the rest must be done using OSM. -The map displays multiple locations based on certain conditions and the data being stored into MySQL. All of the above need to be nicely tied together into MVC then displayed properly into WP so the designer can get to work on the site.
