I currently have a WordpressMU installation which is functioning correctly.

I would like to create a plugin that I can activate on all the blogs I have. The plugin will allow me to add links to external webcam feeds and then display this by inserting a short php statement in any custom page template that I create.

The following functionality is required:

'Add Image' - Allows me to enter a URL, Image URL and Title.

'Remove Image' - Lists the Images I have added so I can remove them from the admin if required.

'Edit Image' - I can edit any of the current images.

When I 'Add Image' the website should cache this image from the provided URL onto my server and refresh the image every 5 minutes. When the image is cached, it should be cached in the relevant blog directory with a unique ID per image so that no other files overwrite this file if I add another Image URL with the same file name.

The image cache should always replace the previous image, so there is only ever 1 instance of an image to save server space.

The image information will be stored in a table of the MySQL DB.

It should then be possible to display these 3 pieces of data via a custom page template. For this part I just require the PHP Echo statement that I should use.

A simple task for anyone who has worked with Wordpress Admin before.

This is on an WordpressMU installation but this shouldn't make any difference except when defining where an image should be cached..

Please bid soon as I'd like the work doing asap.

Thanks
